We’re all in the same game; just different levels. Dealing with the same Hell; just different devils.

I Hate To Start Off On A Bad Note…

It’s ironic that the best words come to mind when you are utterly frustrated, mad, or upset.  I’m a little bit of all three at the moment…

Really and truly I try to look at the best in everything and not let much bother me (hints the reason why some people think I’m cold hearted, and I’m thinking it could also be the reason why I received the nickname “Queen B” in high school) but that’s beside the point.  Moral to the story is… Tonight I let the world get the best of me.

There seems to be a really difficult problem lately with the people that are supposed to care about me most, actually caring about me. In her drunken stupper tonight, my sister actually gave me some pretty valuable words of advice to make me see things “on the brighter side” (so she calls it). And I just thought I would give the rest of the world the opportunity to hear them as well…

1. Even though it’s hard, learn to except people for who they are.  When you do this, it is easier to love and respect them as a person.

2. Realize who is ALWAYS going to be there for you.

3. There is always going to be someone there to pick you up when everything falls, no matter what. It could be who you least expect it to be.

4. When you’re 10, you’re not 20… you’re gonna learn what is and what is not.

And finally…

5. Just be HAPPY.

(I know that some of these concepts may mean nothing to you, but they opened up a whole new world of seeing and understanding for me.)

So you see… Some things just might start off on a bad note, but from every bad comes a little good right?
